I love how quiet it actually is. Even though it's right next to the interstate, I didn't hear cars unless I went outside. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were very attentive, clean towels and anything else I needed. I am pleased with everything that I have stayed 6 days so far.

comfortable beds, rooms attached so that my family could all be together even when In 2 separate room, breakfast was able to be taken with.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have medicine that needs to be kept cold and my room had no refrigerator. They put it in the employee refrigerator for me. I had ice bags that need to be refrozen and the employee refrigerator did not have a freezer in it, so the employee put it in the one in her room that did. Now THAT's Customer Service.
